Description:

Location and equipment of cozy house with two floors is ideal for group of friends or large family vacation. You can relax in the garden by swimming pool, play social games or in case of bad weather it's big enough to offer lot of space inside the building. The house is surrounded by spacious garden bordered with a river, and it's separated from the village. In the area you can find grocery store, further possibility of shopping is in the near village Brtnice (6 km) or in shopping malls in Jihlava (18 km).

Accommodation standard:

For collective gathering by TV/DVD there is furnisher lounge on the first floor, further more there is a stylish dinning room equipped with Dutch stove on the ground floor. For your disposal there is a ping-pong and a billiard table as well as two interconnected rooms for seminars or conferences. Guests may enjoy spacious garden (1200 m2, 13000 sq. feet) with covered swimming pool (size 8 × 3,5 m) in summer, there is also open terrace or covered terrace with stone grill for barbecue. The garden offers perfect privacy for all kind of events by its size and location.

Sports possibilities:

River, fishing, mushroom-picking, hiking, cycling, winter running tracks, artificial snow-covered ski slope in Luka nad Jihlavou (3 stops by train), tennis court in the area.
